Chris Benoit

Chris Benoit (May 21, 1967 – June 24, 2007) was a Canadian professional wrestler known for his 22-year career in various pro-wrestling promotions. He wrestled for World Wrestling Federation/World Wrestling Entertainment (WWF/WWE), World Championship Wrestling (WCW), Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), and Stampede Wrestling. Nicknamed The (Canadian) Crippler and The Rabid Wolverine, Benoit held 30 championships across these promotions. He was a two-time world champion, winning the WCW World Heavyweight Championship and the World Heavyweight Championship in WWE. Benoit was also a WWE Triple Crown Champion and a WCW Triple Crown Champion, one of four men to achieve both titles.
