Clare Holman

Clare Margaret Holman (born January 12, 1964) is an English actress known for her portrayal of forensic pathologist Dr. Laura Hobson in the crime drama series Inspector Morse and its spin-off Lewis. She began her acting career in the 1988 TV film The Rainbow and went on to play various roles, including school teacher Mary Llewellyn in The Fifteen Streets (1989) and Iris Bentley in Let Him Have It (1991). Holman also voiced Juliet in the Shakespeare: The Animated Tales adaptation of Romeo and Juliet (1992). In addition to her TV work, she played Harper in the Royal National Theatre's production of Tony Kushner's Angels in America (1993).
