Conan Christopher O'Brien is an American television host, comedian, writer, and producer. Born on April 18, 1963, in Brookline, Massachusetts, O'Brien is best known for his long career in late-night talk shows. He hosted Late Night with Conan O'Brien from 1993 to 2009, The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien from 2009 to 2010, and Conan from 2010 to 2021. Before his hosting career, O'Brien wrote for Saturday Night Live from 1988 to 1991 and The Simpsons from 1991 to 1993. He is also the host of the podcast series Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend since 2018 and is set to launch a travel show, Conan O'Brien Must Go, on Max. O'Brien attended Harvard University, where he served as president of The Harvard Lampoon.
