Curtis Travis Stone is an Australian celebrity chef, author, and television personality. Born on November 4, 1975, in Melbourne, Victoria, Stone developed his passion for cooking at a young age, learning from his grandmother. After completing a commercial cookery apprenticeship, he embarked on his culinary journey, working in Australian restaurants before moving to London. Stone gained valuable experience working under renowned chef Marco Pierre White at establishments such as Café Royal and Mirabelle. He has since become a household name, known for his fresh food and recipe expertise. Since 2010, Stone has served as the fresh food and recipes ambassador for Coles Supermarkets in Australia.
