Debbie Harry

Deborah Ann Harry, born Angela Trimble on July 1, 1945, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She is best known as the lead vocalist of the band Blondie. In her career, she has achieved great success with four of her songs reaching No.1 on the US charts between 1979 and 1981. Harry was born in Miami, Florida, and was adopted as an infant and raised in Hawthorne, New Jersey. Before her breakthrough in the music industry, she worked various jobs, including as a dancer, a Playboy Bunny, and a secretary. In 1974, she co-formed Blondie in New York City.
