Deirdre Imus is an American artist, author, health advocate, and radio personality. She is best known as the founder and president of the Deirdre Imus Environmental Health Center, which is located at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. Imus is also a co-founder and co-director of the Imus Cattle Ranch for Kids with Cancer. She has authored four books, including 'Green This! Greening Your Cleaning' and 'The Essential Green You!'. In addition, Imus has been recognized for her work in the field of environmental conservation, receiving the Rachel Carson Award for Women in Conservation from the National Audubon Society. She is also a member of the board of directors of the National Autism Association.
