Denis Lill Biography
Denis Lill (born 22 April 1942) is a New Zealand-born British actor known for his roles in various film and television productions. He gained recognition for portraying Charles Vaughan in Survivors, Alan Parry in Only Fools and Horses, Dennis Broadley in Outside Edge, and Mr Rose in the ITV1 medical drama The Royal. Lill developed an interest in amateur dramatics during his time in the Royal New Zealand Air Force, where he also showcased his talent for mimicking characters from The Goon Show. In 1967, he relocated to Britain and went on to have a successful acting career, with notable appearances in Fall of Eagles, The Eagle Has Landed, Reilly: Ace of Spies, and Rumpole of the Bailey.
