Dick Tufeld

Dick Tufeld (1926-2012) was an American actor, announcer, narrator, and voice actor. He gained recognition for his work in television as an announcer, with his most notable role being the voice of the Robot in the TV series Lost in Space. Born in Los Angeles, California, Tufeld attended the Northwestern University School of Communication. He began his voice career in radio, working as an announcer on various shows such as The Amazing Mr. Malone and Falstaff's Fables.
