Dylan Jeremy Neal is a Canadian actor born on October 8, 1969, in Richmond Hill, Ontario. He is best known for his roles as Dylan Shaw in The Bold and the Beautiful, Doug Witter in Dawson's Creek, and Detective Mike Celluci in Blood Ties. Neal also portrayed Aaron Jacobs in Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. In 2013, he starred opposite Andie MacDowell in the Hallmark Channel's series Cedar Cove, based on Debbie Macomber's books. He went on to create, write, produce, and star as Henry Ross in Hallmark's original mystery series Gourmet Detective. Dylan Neal continues to contribute to the film industry, writing, producing, and acting in various movies for Hallmark.
