E. Roger Mitchell is an American actor known for his roles in popular movies and television shows. Born on February 18, 1971, in Miami, Florida, Mitchell graduated from Claflin University in 1993 with B.A.s in English and Drama. He then pursued further training at Alliance Theatre Professional Actor Internship and earned a Master of Fine Arts from City University of New York's Brooklyn campus in 1999. Mitchell's acting career took off in 1997 with his role in the film Raney, followed by appearances in movies like How I Spent My Summer Vacation (1997) and The Legend of Bagger Vance (2000). He has also made notable television appearances on The Shield, One Tree Hill, and The Quad, among others.
