Born and raised in Rome, Georgia, Corbin attended Armuchee High School and worked in his family's pulpwooding business. He graduated from the University of Georgia with honors in Finance. Corbin made his film debut in Blood Salvage (1990) and went on to appear in Midnight Edition (1993), Blue Sky (1994), In the Flesh (1998), and Barstow 2008 (2001).
