Edi Patterson

Edi Christine Patterson is an American actress and writer. She is known for her roles in various comedy projects. Born in Texas City, Texas, Patterson grew up in a family with a teacher mother and a plumber father. She completed her theater Bachelor of Arts from Southwest Texas State University in 1997. Following her graduation, Patterson embarked on a career in improv, performing with Theatresports in Austin, Texas and The Groundlings. Notable highlights of her screen career include her portrayal of Fran in the film Knives Out (2019), Veronica in the FX series Partners (2014), Jen Abbott in the HBO series Vice Principals (2016–2017), and Judy Gemstone in the HBO series The Righteous Gemstones (2019–present).
