Ellora Torchia (born April 1992) is a British actress known for her roles in various films. She gained recognition for her performance in the film 'In the Earth' (2021), which earned her a nomination for a British Independent Film Award. Torchia has also appeared in films such as 'Les Cowboys' (2015), 'Midsommar' (2019), and 'Ali & Ava' (2021). She was named a 2021 Screen International Star of Tomorrow and a BAFTA Breakthrough Brit. Torchia was born in Hammersmith, West London to a South African-Indian mother and an Italian father. She has a diverse background, having lived in various countries before returning to London. Torchia graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in 2014. She made her television debut in the BBC One drama 'Spooks' and has appeared in other TV shows such as 'The Suspicions of Mr Whicher' and 'DCI Banks'.
