Eric Bischoff

Eric Aaron Bischoff (born May 27, 1955) is an American television producer, professional wrestling booker, promoter, and performer. He is best known for his work with World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and WWE's Raw brand. Bischoff served as Executive Producer and later Senior Vice President of WCW, where he played a significant role in the Monday Night Wars against WWE. He also served as the on-screen General Manager of WWE's Raw brand. Bischoff has worked with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) as well, serving as Executive Producer of Impact Wrestling. In addition to his behind-the-scenes roles, Bischoff has occasionally competed as an in-ring performer and holds the WCW Hardcore Championship. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2021. Bischoff is also the author of two books, including Controversy Creates Cash and Grateful.
