Born on March 15, 1975, she gained recognition for her role as Isabella Braña on The Young and the Restless from 2001 to 2003. Longoria is best known for her portrayal of Gabrielle Solis on the hit ABC series Desperate Housewives, which aired from 2004 to 2012 and earned her Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award nominations. She has appeared in various films including The Sentinel (2006), Over Her Dead Body (2008), and Overboard (2018). Longoria has also starred in the NBC sitcom Telenovela, and served as an executive producer for the Lifetime series Devious Maids.
