Fortune Feimster

Fortune Feimster is an American writer, comedian, and actress. She made her television debut on NBC's Last Comic Standing in 2010 and gained recognition for her role as Colette on The Mindy Project from 2015 to 2017. Feimster currently hosts the popular radio show What a Joke with Papa and Fortune on the Sirius XM channel Netflix is a Joke, where she interviews comedians and celebrities. She also appeared as Heather in The L Word: Generation Q. Feimster was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, and grew up in Belmont. She attended Belmont Central Elementary School, Belmont Junior High, and South Point High School. With a background in basketball and softball, she graduated in 1998.
