Frank Conniff

Frank Conniff Jr. is an American writer, actor, comedian, and producer. He is best known for his portrayal of TV's Frank on Mystery Science Theater 3000 (MST3K). Conniff, the son of journalist and editor Frank Conniff, began his career in stand-up comedy in New York City. After undergoing rehabilitation for substance abuse in Minneapolis, he stayed in the city and worked at a fast-food restaurant while performing at local comedy clubs. He formed friendships with future MST3K members and was eventually chosen to replace a cast member on the show. Conniff's notable role on MST3K garnered him recognition in the entertainment industry.
