Gavin Crawford is a Canadian comedian and actor, born on April 2, 1971, in Taber, Alberta, Canada. He is best known for his work on The Gavin Crawford Show, a self-titled series that ran for three seasons on The Comedy Network. Crawford is also recognized for his role as a cast member on the sketch series Hype from 2000 to 2001. In 2003, he joined the cast of This Hour Has 22 Minutes, initially filling in for Mary Walsh and later becoming a full-time cast member. Currently, Crawford hosts the panel show Because News on CBC Radio One. He is a graduate of the BFA Acting Program at the University of British Columbia.
