Glen Murphy Biography
Glen Murphy (born 6 April 1957) is a British actor and producer, best known for his role as Firefighter George Green on the television drama London's Burning from 1988 to 2002. He was the only actor to appear in the entire run of the series, which attracted high viewership throughout its 14-year reign. Murphy's notable TV appearances include The Bill, Tank Malling, Fathers of Girls, and Shoreditch. He has also ventured into producing and starred in the film Lords of London (2014), which won awards at the New York Hell's Kitchen Film Festival and the Abruzzo Film Festival in Italy. His recent work includes the Freddie Mills biopic Finger of Suspicion in 2020.
