Hal Ozsan Biography
Hal Ozsan, born Halil Özşan on October 26, 1976, is a Turkish Cypriot-born English-American actor, screenwriter, and producer. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Todd Carr in the popular television series Dawson's Creek. Throughout his career, Ozsan has appeared in numerous series regular and recurring roles, including appearances on Jessica Jones, NCIS: New Orleans, The Blacklist, Graceland, Impastor, 90210, and Kyle XY. In addition to acting, Ozsan has also ventured into screenwriting and producing, notably co-executive producing and co-writing the Viceland comedy What Would Diplo Do? He was also the lead singer-songwriter for the band Poets and Pornstars until 2008, with his music being featured in shows like Californication and So You Think You Can Dance. Ozsan was born in Famagusta, Cyprus, and moved to England at the age of three, where he was raised in the London suburb of Havering. At the age of 11, he attended Brentwood School and achieved a distinction in drama.
