Helen Hunt

Helen Elizabeth Hunt (born June 15, 1963) is an American actress and director. She rose to fame in 1992, starring as Jamie Buchman in the sitcom Mad About You, earning her three Golden Globe Awards and four Primetime Emmy Awards. In 1997, Hunt won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in As Good as It Gets. She has also been recognized for her performances in films such as Twister, Cast Away, and What Women Want. In addition to her acting career, Hunt has directed films including Then She Found Me and Ride, as well as episodes of various television series.
