Ilana Glazer

Ilana Glazer is an American stand-up comedian, director, producer, writer, and actress. Born on April 12, 1987, in New York City, New York, she co-created and co-starred in the Comedy Central series Broad City alongside Abbi Jacobson. The show, based on their web series of the same name, earned Glazer two nominations for the Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Actress in a Comedy Series. Glazer has also appeared in the 2017 film Rough Night and released her debut stand-up comedy special, The Planet Is Burning, in January 2020. In 2022, she won the Tony Award for Best Musical as a producer for the Broadway show A Strange Loop. Glazer comes from a Reform Jewish family and is of Ashkenazi Jewish descent.
