Jake Abel (born November 18, 1987) is an American actor known for his roles in popular film adaptations such as Percy Jackson (2010–2013), I Am Number Four (2011), and The Host (2013). He also portrayed musician Mike Love in the biographical drama Love & Mercy (2014). On television, Abel appeared as Adam Milligan in the CW series Supernatural (2009–2010; 2019–2020) and was a series regular in the first season of Another Life (2019), a Netflix science fiction drama. Born in Canton, Ohio, Abel is married to writer Allie Wood and they have a son together. He made his debut in the Disney Channel Original Movie Go Figure.
