Jason Daniel Earles (born April 26, 1977) is an American actor known for his roles in various Disney Channel productions. He gained recognition for portraying Jackson Stewart, the older brother of Miley Stewart (Miley Cyrus), in the hit sitcom Hannah Montana. He also starred as Rudy Gillespie in the Disney XD series Kickin' It. Born in San Diego, California, Earles later moved to Oregon and graduated from Glencoe High School. He further pursued his passion for acting, earning a theatre arts degree from Rocky Mountain College in Montana. In addition to his television work, Earles has appeared in films such as National Treasure and American Pie Presents: Band Camp.
