Jemele Hill
Jemele Juanita Hill (born December 21, 1975) is an American sports journalist. She began her career working for the Raleigh News & Observer, the Detroit Free Press, and the Orlando Sentinel. In 2006, Hill joined ESPN and held various roles until 2013, when she became the host of ESPN2's Numbers Never Lie, which was later rebranded as His & Hers, co-hosted with Michael Smith. From 2017 to 2018, Hill and Smith co-hosted SC6, the 6 p.m. (ET) edition of ESPN's flagship SportsCenter. Hill garnered attention in 2017 for controversial tweets criticizing President Donald Trump and was suspended for violating ESPN's social media policy. She is also an Emmy Award winner for Outstanding News Special.
