Jessica Stroup

Jessica Leigh Stroup (born October 23, 1986) is an American actress known for her roles in various TV shows and movies. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Erin Silver in the TV series 90210 (2008–2013), Max Hardy in The Following (2014–2015), and Joy Meachum in Iron Fist (2017–2018), part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Stroup has also established herself as a 'scream queen' with appearances in horror films like Vampire Bats (2005), Left in Darkness (2006), The Hills Have Eyes 2 (2007), Prom Night (2008), and Homecoming (2009). Born in Anderson, South Carolina, Stroup began her acting career with a guest appearance on the TV show Unfabulous in 2005, and later appeared in popular series such as Grey's Anatomy, October Road, and True Blood.
