Jillian Michaels

Jillian Michaels (born February 18, 1974) is an American fitness expert, certified nutritionist, businesswoman, media personality, and author. She gained fame through her appearances on NBC's series The Biggest Loser. Michaels has also made notable appearances on the talk show The Doctors, and in 2015, she hosted and co-judged the Spike series Sweat, INC. Her reality television series Just Jillian premiered on E! in 2016. Michaels was born in Los Angeles in 1974 and grew up in the Tarzana neighborhood. She developed a passion for health and fitness during her youth, which led her to pursue studies at California State University, Northridge.
