Joey McFarland (born April 30, 1972) is an American film producer and the founder of McFarland Entertainment. He was previously the vice chairman of Red Granite Pictures. McFarland attended DeSales High School and the University of Louisville. In 2010, he co-founded Red Granite Pictures with Riza Aziz. McFarland's notable productions include Friends with Kids, a romantic comedy starring Jon Hamm, Adam Scott, Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, and Chris O'Dowd, and Out of the Furnace, a dramatic thriller starring Christian Bale, Casey Affleck, Zoe Saldana, and Forest Whitaker. McFarland has received recognition in the industry, being named one of the Top 10 Producers to Watch by Variety in 2011.
