John Layfield Biography
John Charles Layfield, also known as Bradshaw or JBL, is an American retired professional wrestler and football player. Born on November 29, 1966, Layfield rose to prominence in WWE during its Attitude Era. He became a three-time WWF Tag Team Champion alongside Ron Simmons as part of the Acolytes Protection Agency (APA). Layfield later rebranded as 'JBL' and achieved success as a singles competitor, winning the WWE Championship. After retiring from wrestling, Layfield became a financial commentator and is frequently featured on Fox News and Fox Business. He is an ambassador for WWE and holds the position of senior vice president at Northeast Securities.
