Jon Huber Biography
Jon Huber, born on July 7, 1981, is a former professional baseball pitcher who played in Major League Baseball for the Seattle Mariners. Hailing from Sacramento, California, Huber attended North Fort Myers High School in Fort Myers, Florida. He is known as one of four players from his high school to have Major League Baseball experience, alongside Mike Greenwell, Jim Miller, and Deion Sanders. Huber was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 2000 MLB draft and began his professional career with the AZL Padres. Throughout his two-season MLB career, Huber achieved a win-loss record of 2-1, a 2.57 ERA, and 19 strikeouts in 25 games.
