Joy Bryant (born October 18, 1974) is an American actress, businesswoman, and fashion model. She began her career as a fashion model, appearing in ads for brands like Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Gap, and Victoria's Secret. In 2001, she made her film debut in Carmen: A Hip Hopera and gained recognition for her role as a U.S. Navy sailor in Antwone Fisher (2002), directed by Denzel Washington. Bryant has appeared in several films, including Spider-Man 2 (2004), The Skeleton Key, and Get Rich or Die Tryin' (both 2005), and Bobby (2006). She has been nominated for two NAACP Image Awards and one Screen Actors Guild Award.
