Kate Hudson

Kate Hudson is an American actress known for her roles in various films and TV shows. Born on April 19, 1979, she is the daughter of singer Bill Hudson and actress Goldie Hawn. Hudson made her film debut in 1998 and gained recognition for her performance as Penny Lane in the movie Almost Famous (2000), earning a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress and an Academy Award nomination. Throughout the 2000s, she starred in several romantic comedies, including How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days (2003) and Bride Wars (2009). Hudson has also appeared in TV series such as Glee (2012–2013) and Truth Be Told (2022). Her filmography also includes The Skeleton Key (2005), Nine (2009), and Rock the Kasbah (2015).
