Kathleen Rose Perkins is an American actress, born on November 15, 1974, in New Baltimore, Michigan. She attended Anchor Bay High School and later graduated with a degree in Musical Arts from Western Michigan University. Perkins started her acting career in 2001 with a role in the television series The Fighting Fitzgeralds. She gained recognition for her recurring role as Principal Duffy in the Fox sitcom 'Til Death and has made guest appearances in over 20 other television series, including NCIS: Los Angeles, Trust Me, and Castle. Perkins has also appeared in several TV movies. She is best known for her starring role as Carol Rance in the BBC-Showtime comedy series Episodes. Currently, she can be seen in the hit Disney+ young adult show Doogie Kam.
