Kipp Lennon, born Christopher Joel Lennon on March 12, 1960, is an American musician, songwriter, and actor. He is best known as a founding member of the folk rock band Venice, where he serves as a lead vocalist and percussionist. In addition to his work with Venice, Lennon joined the progressive rock act Ambrosia in 2021 and continues to tour with them. Born in Venice, California, Lennon acquired his nickname 'Kippy' from his brother Joe, who couldn't pronounce 'Chrissy' when Lennon was brought home from the hospital as a newborn. Since then, he has been known as Kipp and rarely referred to as Christopher.
