Lenora Antoinette Stines, known as L'Antoinette Ọṣun Awade Wemo Stines, is a Jamaican director, choreographer, author, actor, and dancer. She is the founder and artistic director of L'Acadco: A United Caribbean Dance Force, a renowned contemporary dance company based in Jamaica. Stines is also the creator of L'Antech, the first Anglo Caribbean Modern Contemporary training procedure. This eclectic Caribbean contemporary technique combines African influences, Caribbean folklore, and Jamaican Afro-Caribbean forms. With a Ph.D. in Cultural Studies from the University of the West Indies, Stines is highly regarded for her work as a choreographer, technique professor, and teacher. She is known for her expertise in traditional dance forms like Kumina, Bruckins, Nyabinghi, Dancehall, and the contemporary dance synthesis L'Antech.
