Laura San Giacomo

Laura San Giacomo is an American actress known for her roles in various films and television shows. She gained recognition for her performance as Cynthia in the film Sex, Lies, and Videotape (1989), which earned her the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Female. She also portrayed Kit De Luca in the popular film Pretty Woman (1990) and Crazy Cora in Quigley Down Under (1990). Additionally, she played Nadine Cross in The Stand (1994) and Maya Gallo in the sitcom Just Shoot Me! (1997–2003). San Giacomo has been nominated for a BAFTA and received two Golden Globe Award nominations. In recent years, she appeared as Rhetta Rodriguez on the drama Saving Grace (2007–2010) and as Dr. Grace Confalone on the drama NCIS (2016–2022).
