Lauren Holt

Lauren Elizabeth Holt (born March 12, 1991) is an American actress, comedian, and singer. She gained recognition through her work with the Upright Citizens Brigade, an improv and sketch comedy troupe in Los Angeles. In 2020, Holt was hired as a featured player for the 46th season of the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live, alongside Andrew Dismukes and Punkie Johnson. After one season on the show, she left and ventured into film. Holt has appeared in the 2022 film Aqua Teen Forever: Plantasm and is set to star in the upcoming 2023 films Pastacolypse and Barbie. Born in Charlotte, North Carolina, Holt is the daughter of Lyn Holt and Harris Holt. She attended Myers Park High School and later studied at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
