Louise Barnes

Louise Barnes (born 26 April 1974) is a South African actress known for her roles in various locally produced films and television series. She gained recognition for her performance in the 2009 horror film, Surviving Evil, alongside Billy Zane, Christina Cole, and Natalie Mendoza. Barnes also played Miranda Barlow in the 2014 American television series, Black Sails, produced by Michael Bay and Jonathan E. Steinberg. She holds an Honours Degree in Dramatic Art from the University of the Witwatersrand. Barnes has been praised for her work on the series Scandal! and won a SAFTA award for Best Actress in a TV Soap. She currently resides in Johannesburg with her husband and daughter.
