Born on February 19, 1990, in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Pasqualino is of Italian descent, with parents from Sicily and Naples. He attended Walton Community School in Peterborough. Pasqualino made his acting debut in the low-budget film Stingers Rule! in 2009. He also had guest appearances on Casualty and Miranda. However, Pasqualino gained significant recognition for his portrayal of Freddie McClair in the E4 teenage drama series Skins.
