Lycia Naff

Lycia Naff (born August 29, 1962) is an American dancer, actress, and journalist. She gained recognition for her role as Ensign Sonya Gomez on two episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation in 1989, a role she reprised in 2021 as the voice of Captain Sonya Gomez on the animated series Star Trek: Lower Decks. Naff's notable film appearances include her portrayal of a triple-breasted mutant prostitute, Mary, in Paul Verhoeven's 1990 movie Total Recall. In addition to her acting career, Naff has worked as a journalist, covering various topics including the Bill Cosby sexual assault cases story in 2014. She conducted an interview with actress and rape survivor Barbara Bowman. Naff's diverse talents have made her a versatile and respected figure in the entertainment industry.
