Lyndsey Marshal Biography
Lyndsey Marshal (born 16 June 1978) is an English actress known for her performances in The Hours, HBO's Rome, and BBC's Garrow's Law. Born in Manchester, England, Marshal attended Old Trafford Junior School and Lostock High School before studying the classics for a career in archaeology. She later applied to the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Her first major role was in the play Fireface at the Royal Court Theatre. In 2001, she won the Critics' Circle Theatre Award for Best Newcomer for her performances in Redundant and Boston Marriage. She has since appeared in numerous theatre productions, including Three Days of Rain alongside James McAvoy in 2009.
