Magda Apanowicz

Magda Apanowicz (born November 8, 1985) is a Canadian actress of Polish descent. She gained recognition for her roles as Andy Jensen in the ABC Family series Kyle XY, Lacy Rand in the Syfy science fiction drama series Caprica, and Emily in the science fiction series Continuum. Apanowicz spent a year in Poland during her ninth grade and attended a school in Jelenia Góra. She studied at Vancouver Film School. Her interest in acting began at the age of ten after watching Pulp Fiction. Apanowicz made her debut in 2002 and went on to appear in various TV series. She starred in the Hallmark Channel movie Every Second Counts in 2008. Apanowicz's notable works include Caprica and Hellcats.
