Continuum

Continuum follows a law enforcement officer from 2077 who is accidentally transported with a group of future militants to 2012 Vancouver. The militants pursue a campaign to prevent corporate rule, while the officer works covertly to stop them and navigate cultural and technological gaps between her timeline and the present.
