Nautilus reimagines Jules Verne’s tale as a ten-part adventure drama tracing Captain Nemo’s transformation from an Indian prince dispossessed of his heritage into a scientist. Set in 1857, it follows his imprisonment by the East India Mercantile Company and the covert construction of the submarine Nautilus using forced colonial labor.
