Marc Summers, born Marc Berkowitz on November 11, 1951, is an American television personality, comedian, game show host, producer, and talk show host. He gained fame as the host of Nickelodeon's Double Dare and Food Network's Unwrapped. Summers also served as the executive producer for Food Network's Dinner: Impossible and Restaurant: Impossible. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, to a Jewish family, Summers attended Westlane Middle School, North Central High School, and Grahm Junior College in Boston. After consulting with Rabbi Weitzman, he chose to pursue a career as an entertainer to help a lot of people in smaller ways, rather than serving a small congregation as a rabbi. Summers began his career as a radio DJ and stand-up comedian.
