Marie Osmond

Marie Osmond, born Olive Marie Osmond on October 13, 1959, is an American singer, actress, and television host. She is a member of the famous show business family, the Osmonds. Although not an official member of her family's singing group, Marie achieved success as a country and pop music artist in the 1970s and 1980s. She is best known for her rendition of the country pop ballad 'Paper Roses'. Marie also cohosted the popular television variety show 'Donny & Marie' alongside her brother Donny Osmond from 1976 to 1979. She was born and raised in Ogden, Utah, and is a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Marie's brothers, including Donny Osmond, have also had successful careers in show business.
