Mark Lawson Biography
Mark Gerard Lawson is an English journalist, broadcaster, and author. He is best known for presenting the flagship BBC Radio 4 arts program Front Row from 1998 to 2014. Lawson also served as a Guardian columnist and presented Mark Lawson Talks To... on BBC Four from 2006 to 2015. Born in Hendon, North London, he was raised in Leeds. Lawson attended St Columba's College in St Albans and studied English at University College London. He began his freelance career in 1984 and has contributed to various publications, including The Times and The Guardian since 1995.
