Martin Eugene Mull is an American actor, comedian, musician, painter, and recording artist. Born on August 18, 1943, in Chicago, he is best known for his roles in various television and film projects. Mull gained recognition for his portrayal of characters such as Leon Carp on Roseanne, Willard Kraft on Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Vlad Masters/Plasmius on Danny Phantom, and Gene Parmesan on Arrested Development. He also appeared as Colonel Mustard in the film Clue. Additionally, Mull had a recurring role as Russell, the drug-using pharmacist, on Two and a Half Men. Aside from his acting career, Mull is also a talented painter. He studied painting and graduated from college in 1965.
