Mary Kay Adams (born September 12, 1962) is an American actress known for her roles in television. She had several roles on daytime television, including her most high profile role as India von Halkein on Guiding Light. She also played Na'Toth in the second season of Babylon 5. Adams appeared in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as Grilka in two episodes. Her theatrical credits include a seven-month run in the play Tamara and an appearance in the off-Broadway production Program for Murder. Adams grew up in Middletown Township, New Jersey, and graduated from Mater Dei High School. She attended Emerson College and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
