Matthew Rhys Evans, born on November 8, 1974, is a Welsh actor known for his diverse roles in both television and film. He rose to prominence for his portrayal of Kevin Walker in the family drama series Brothers & Sisters (2006–2011) and gained critical acclaim for his role as Philip Jennings in the spy drama series The Americans (2013–2018).
